Smash Burgers

80/20 ground beef mixed with Worcestershire Sauce, fish sauce and rolled into 4 oz balls. Smashed on the grill, topped with melty cheese. So good!

 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20
 4 tbsp Unsalted ButterMelted
 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 ½ tbsp Fish Sauce
 4 Briosch Bread Buns
 4 Sliced CheeseShedder, American, Provolone, Pepper Jack or what ever you like.

Melt butter in a medium-size bowl and add sauces. Stir to combine.
Incorporate ground beef and mix, but do not over mix. Just enough to bring it together.
for 4oz balls and place on a banking sheet lined with parchment and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

Heat griddle to 375 degrees. Spread a thin layer of oil and lay each burger ball on the griddle. Let sit for 30 seconds then SMASH!
Using a heavy-duty press or spatula, Press down firmly. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the edges done and flip. Place cheese on top and cook until melted, about another 3-5 minutes.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
