Buffalo Chicken Dip

This delicious creamy crowd-pleasing appetizer is a must for any gathering. Serve it with any carrots, tortilla chips, celery or crackers. You can make it extra spicy with added cyanne pepper or siracha. Don't like blue cheese? Use mozzarella or more cheddar. This dip is really versatile!

 2 cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
 8 oz Cream CheeseRoom Temp
 ½ cup Ranch Dressing
 1 cup Shredded Sharp Chedder Cheese
 ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
 2 Green OnionThinly Sliced
 6 Thick Bacon SlicesOptional: Slice and fried
 Tortilla Chips, Carrot and Celery SticksFor serving

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and cheddar cheese together in a bowl.

Spread into a 1 quart shallow baking dish and top with blue cheese crumbles.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is bubbly.

Top with crispy bacon if using (but honestly, why would you not... it's bacon) and green onions and serve with Crackers, carrots, and celery.

Notes: You can put in a mini crockpot to keep warm after you remove it from the oven and then top with bacon and onion.
