I don’t know about you, but when I wake up, I start thinking about food. What I have in the fridge, what flavors I want to create, how can I come up with something new. I think of a protein and then start to build around that. I research existing recipes and get inspired. I’m a comfort food lover and soup is one of my favorite meals to create, especially during the fall and winter months. I recently made a Mediterranean fish soup and I wish I would have written down the ingredients. I can certainly recreate it, but when I was making it, I was just throwing it together, not really in a hurry and not really paying attention. The result was delicious! I’ll work on getting that recipe on the site.
